The filter system arrived quite quickly and was adequately packed. Everything was complete except some 'elbow' joints referredto in the instruction leaflet, but this didn't prove to be critical and installation was completed without them.As this system replaced one installed some time ago, I didn't have very much work to do. But if memory serves, the original installation only took around half an hour. The one thing that is most important to get right is greasing the filter canister with plumbers silicon grease - use plenty or it will leak!Everything is push fit and straight forward!Finally, the water really does taste good. Well worth the minimal effort - recommend this to anyone.
